Case Study
A website, paid campaigns, employee recruitment, and server-side measurement infrastructure for one of Israel's leading HOT telecom resellers
Tic Tac Telecom Solutions Ltd. is one of Israel's largest resellers of HOT, high-speed internet, TV, and mobile. The company operates a wide-reaching sales and phone call-center operation in a competitive market where response speed, lead quality, precise measurement, and ongoing optimization are critical growth factors.
As part of the project, we built a complete digital infrastructure for the company: a new website, paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition, an employee-recruitment campaign, an integration between the company's custom CRM and CAPI, and a server-side measurement system for advanced conversion optimization.
The result: an end-to-end marketing, recruitment, and measurement operation that connects campaigns, the website, the sales call center, the CRM, and conversion optimization — letting the company manage digital growth with greater precision, measurability, and efficiency.

01Background
Tic Tac Telecom Solutions Ltd. operates in one of the most competitive markets in Israel: telecom, internet, TV, and mobile services.
In a market like this, customers compare offers quickly, leave their details in several places at once, and expect a fast, clear response. At the same time, the sales teams and phone call centers need quality leads, need to know which campaign each lead came from, and need to act fast to turn an inquiry into a deal.
In addition, as a company operating call centers and sales teams, Tic Tac also needed to recruit employees on an ongoing basis: salespeople, service representatives, and candidates suited to a phone-based, competitive environment.
The challenge was not just to drive traffic or leads. The challenge was to build a complete digital system that connects marketing, sales, recruitment, measurement, and technology.
02The Challenge
The core challenge was to create a digital infrastructure that could support two business goals at once: acquiring new customers and recruiting employees for the sales and call-center operation.
In the telecom space, paid campaigns can generate a high volume of inquiries — but without correct measurement and integration with the sales system, it is hard to know which leads are truly high quality, which campaigns produce deals, and where the budget should be invested.
In addition, following changes in digital measurement — browser blocking, privacy restrictions, and partial data loss on the browser side — the company needed a more advanced measurement infrastructure: one that does not rely only on standard pixels, but connects the website, the CRM, and the campaigns.
