Building the website
We built a new website for Tic Tac Telecom Solutions Ltd., designed to serve the company's sales and recruitment activity.
The site was built around a simple, clear user experience, with an emphasis on presenting the company's core services: high-speed internet, TV, mobile, and telecom solutions.
It included conversion-focused messaging, contact forms, mobile responsiveness, and a structure that lets users quickly understand what is on offer and what the next step is.
Rather than a brochure-only site, it was built as a sales asset connected to the company's campaigns and sales operation.
Paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition
We set up and managed paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns to generate new leads and acquire customers for the company's telecom services.
The campaigns focused on relevant audiences, clear sales messaging, attractive service offers, and a fast push to action.
The emphasis was on generating focused inquiries that could be passed quickly to the sales team, while preserving the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
An employee-recruitment campaign on Facebook and Instagram
Alongside the customer-acquisition activity, we launched an employee-recruitment campaign on Facebook and Instagram.
The campaign was designed to reach candidates relevant to sales and call-center roles, present the opportunity clearly, and get candidates to leave their details quickly.
Instead of relying only on standard job postings, the campaign was built with a marketing mindset: a short message, clear visuals, a simple sign-up experience, and a follow-up process that lets the recruitment team handle inquiries more efficiently.
Integrating the custom CRM with CAPI
One of the central components of the project was connecting the company's custom CRM to CAPI.
The integration made it possible to pass events and conversion data more accurately from the company's system to the advertising platforms, strengthening campaign optimization.
Instead of relying only on browser-side data, we built a connection that measures the important actions in the process — from the initial inquiry through more advanced stages in the sales system.
